In the National Mint and Stamp Factory of Madrid, two worlds coexist.
On the one hand, there is the institutional area that houses the Museum and the School where I completed my academic training, studying traditional printing processes.
On the other hand, there is the productive or industrial area, where these same processes have been mechanized and optimized for production in line with the demands of the capitalist world.

My dual role in this institution as a student and worker makes me question where the line that separates these two worlds lies, through a traditional printmaking project that is primarily inspired by industrial designs and language.
The final product is an artist's portfolio that contains 7 prints in a 56x72cm format.

I have tried, as much as possible, to use media and materials that can be found in the productive environment of the Factory, which has led me to experiment with intaglio printing on aluminum plates.
